Today I will tell you about Performance Data Resources, an authorized IBM business partner. They have a lot of hardware available for sale on their website. For example, they have a page for the IBM eServer i5.

Their product line is especially helpful because they have both new and refurbished products. Refurbished items are used items that have been repaired back to their original state.

Performance Data Resources sells hard-to-find items, which helps for people who have particular needs.

They have many products available, including printers, routers, modems, servers, and more.

They appear to have good customer service. They publish an 800 number on their website and have a live chat feature. That’s helpful.

They accept credit card payments including ones from American Express cards. So that makes it easy to pay, and they use SSL and Etrust Security to make your purchase secure.

Overall, it’s a great online store.

As you have probably noticed by now, appearance means a lot in business. Potential customers, clients and other business associates will judge you on your personal appearance which includes your speech. Executive Language Training helps business people learn to speak in a professional manner. They can help one speak English better, but they also offer foreign language training such as their Business Spanish training. That’s good for me because I am in the middle of learning Spanish.

They customize each course to the specific needs of each participant. That’s good because your business needs may differ from other people’s.

Their company has a lot of experience working with executives and major companies. So you can have faith in their effectiveness.

They publish multiple methods of contact information on their website. You can contact them by email, by phone, or by using their web form. So you can easily contact them if you have questions or want to get started with them.

Even if you do not own your own business, you can use language training to advance your career. People will respect you more and understand you better if you have good language skills in business settings.

One of the best things I like about Executive Language Training is that they understand the importance of business-specific language training as opposed to generic language training. Knowing how to speak well in your personal life may not help you as much business-wise as learning to speak better in business settings specifically.

Their language training is also a great way to lose your accent, which will help you seem more professional in business environments.

Do you know about Coupon Chief? It’s a website that offers many coupons to various online stores. I think it can be a very useful way to save money on your holiday gift shopping. If you are going to buy from a store anyway, why not just check to see if they have a coupon?

I will probably use one of their Best Buy coupons in January, because I am buying myself a new laptop. Of course, you can get whatever you want or need.

They also have coupons for department stores if you do not have anything in particular in mind. For example, they have coupons for Target. From a store like that, you can find items of all different categories.

Don’t get too carried away or anything. Don’t buy something just because you have a coupon for it. I recommend you just use coupons to buy things that you would buy anyway.

Business people often have to travel a lot. If you spend a lot of time traveling through Europe, you probably stay in hotels there frequently.

Cheaperthanhotels.co.uk is a website that will help you find inexpensive hotels in Europe. Even if you do not ever travel to Europe, I want to post this site as an example of an internet business. This site offers a useful service and as such they probably make a good amount of traffic and revenue.

They offer information about London Hotels. Staying in London offers the advantage of the English language. You will find it easier to stay in a country with the same language as you.

They also offer information about Paris Hotels. Paris seems like the most popular European destination for tourists to me.

Also, they offer information about Berlin Hotels. Berlin is in Germany. Germany has a sour but interesting history. If you go to Germany, you will probably stay in a hotel in Berlin.

If you travel to Spain, you will probably want the information about Barcelona Hotels. Many people like to travel to Spain, but you may also have to go there on business. It would be easier if you speak Spanish, but it can be fun regardless.

I imagine it is getting more expensive for people who use the US dollar to pay for hotels in Europe, because the dollar has fallen greatly in relation to the Euro. Luckily, you can find a wide variety of prices. Don’t spend out of your means.

I found a useful website today called Coupon Chief. The website offers online coupons, coupon codes, and other deals for a large assortment of stores and products. As far as I can tell, the coupons are free to use and you do not need any type of membership with Coupon Chief to get the deals.

The Office Supply Coupons probably interest us online business owners and webmasters the most. They have coupons for stores such as Staples and Office Depot. They also have special offers for online-based office services like Stamps.com and VistaPrint.

Coupon Chief also has another category of especial interest. The computers category has coupons for brands including HP, Sony, Dell, and more. These savings can add up significantly if you buy a major item such as a laptop. For example, 30% off of a $1,000 laptop would be well over a $300 discount.

I’m sure these coupons can come in handy for the holiday season. However, do not get carried away. Sometimes good deals can entice people to spend money they otherwise wouldn’t on things they don’t need. Do not make any impulsive orders. Think carefully before purchasing anything.

Today I want to post a review of http://www.schoolsinstlouis.com/ which is a website that helps people find schools, colleges, and career training in and around St. Louis, Missouri.

Even for those of you not interested in schools or St. Louis, I figure this review will act as a learning experience about making a website.

The first thing I noticed about the St. Louis schools website is the search engine optimization. You will notice that in the first paragraph the website has various key phrases, and also has the most important ones in bold. This will help both search engines and users easily know the topic of the website.

Another well-placed element of the website is the “For More Information” form. It is in a very noticeable place on the homepage. It is also on every page of the site. It’s not unattractive or obtrusive, but very noticeable. I bet that results in many of their visitors putting in their information. This is a lot better than if the form was hidden on the bottom of a page or even worse on its very own page.

Overall, I think the website own has shown a firm understanding of website users and traffic. People move through the web quickly. Sometimes they stay on a page for only a few seconds. To maximize your earnings and leads, you need to quickly catch their attention, tell them the topic of your website, and get them to sign up.

Today I am happy to tell you about Word Hugger–an innovative website that lets sells pages on their website based on words as a micro-investment. Basically, you can buy a word which will give you a page by that name on the website. For example, if you chose the word elephant, you would get the page www.wordhugger.com/elephant.

These pages can be used for many purposes. You can make money by offering services or displaying ads on the page. You can also use the page to promote a business of your own. It can work as an investment, because you can resell the word later on.

The trick is to find a good word related to your purposes. For example, if you were trying to promote a business of yours, you would want to buy a word related to your business. Of course, the more people claim words, the less those words will be available. This in turn means that those who claim good words quickly will likely find that the word increases in value as the availability begins to run out. This is analogous to the value of good short .com domains.

Yet another great aspect, Word Hugger donates 50% of its profits to Kiva, which supports entrepreneurs in developing countries by offering them loans.

I think Word Hugger is a great business model.

Today I want to tell you about the neat webmaster community at www.webdigity.com. The Webdigity webmaster community has many free resources for webmasters and online business owners, including discussion forums, whois services, and a web gallery of web designs.

I like Webdigity’s Webmaster Forums most of all. By my count, these informative forums have 29 categories all with various threads and topics within them. General areas of discussion include web design & layout, web development, web hosting, monetizing your site, website promotion, and Webdigity itself. Of course, it also offers a section called “Marketplace” where members can buy, sell, and trade with each other. At these forums, you can read through the tons of information already discussed, and you can post any questions of your own.

The fast and effective whois database at Webdigity allows you to search for domains names and then it retrieves the information of the domain’s registration, including contact information. Also, it delivers SEO information.

For anyone interested in web designs, the web gallery shows many different designs. You can also submit your own design, which can offer you some publicity.

Overall www.webdigity.com offers the users many great resources through their understandable and visually appealing.
