Air Conditionng
For me, I find it very hard to work in the heat. If you have air conditioning, that can help. But like machines, air conditions will need maintenance and repair every now and then. This website offers air conditioning repair.
The repair business is located in the Phoenix metro and Tucson areas.
The website has lots of useful information about air conditioning and common problems with air conditioning. Additionally, they offer online scheduling for service appointments, which is helpful for us internet-lovers.
Also, here’s something you may not have considered. If you use air conditioning in your office, you may be able to write off the costs of it as a business expense. Ask your accountant or tax lawyer.

Is Banner Advertising Dead?
Back when internet business was newer, one of the main methods of online advertising was banners. If you wanted to buy advertising for a website, you would probably buy banner ads. If you wanted to make money from a content-based website, you would sell banner ads.
Nowadays, banner ads have been replaced by PPC ads. PPC ads are generally better because clicks are a better measurement of the value of an ad than impressions, since impressions can be easily faked and aren’t worth much with low click-through-rates. Additionally, programs like Google have done a great job at filtering out bad clicks and fighting click fraud, which has improved the value of PPC.
Also, users have become blind to banner ads. Most website users will ignore traditional banner ads because they recognize them as ads.
I think that banner ads will continue to become less useful and will eventually be obsolete.

Online Phone Card Business
I know a lot you would like to run your own internet-based business. It comes with the freedom of being your own boss and the opportunity to make more money. Today I have the pleasure of telling you about an online phone card business opportunity at e.usprepaid.com.
There is a fee of $74.95 to be part of the program, but it comes with a pre-built website. Your website will be on its own domain so that you can market and manage it how you wish.
It seems like a simple program, which can be good if you are new to internet business. According to the website, you don’t need any technical experience.
Web hosting is included, which is good. I pay almost $75.00 a month in hosting costs, and that’s how much the program costs. So it seems like it could be a good start-up program. But I have not used it myself.
It’s a commission-based program.

Blogs Are Best For Content-Driven Websites
I have many different types of websites. And I have experienced first-hand the benefits and drawbacks of them all. For content-driven websites, I recommend blogs most of all.
Blogs are easy to start. It takes very little technical work in comparison to other websites. Additionally, it does not cost much.
You can start a blog in a few easy steps. Firstly, buy your domain. Secondly, install Wordpress on the domain. Thirdly, find and upload a new theme (unless you want to design your own or use the default). Fourthly, edit the theme as you want, and set the options in your admin panel. Finally, start blogging.
Blogs get ranks well because search engines love the fresh content, which is generally well-organized. Blogs also promote themselves by pinging and having RSS feeds. Blogs are good for getting loyal visitors and return traffic because visitors will subscribe and will come back to read new posts.
It takes very little time to maintain a blog. You mostly just post when you get a chance. You do not have to go through hours of work to add a new page or feature like you might with a different type of site.

Fast-Teks On-Site Computer Services
I just learned about an intriguing service. Fast-teks offers a wide range of technology resources for small and mid-size businesses. They even offer services that will help you recover deleted files.
If you have ever dealt with a computer crash, you probably know the trouble it can cause. Even though most of us realize the importance of secure backups of computer data, we often fail to keep them in order.
Fast-trak will help you in your local area, and they can do on-site IT work for you. They are professionals, so I’m sure they can help you figure out the best way to backup your data and manage your computers and network.

I Finished My Facebook Application
I just launched my Facebook application today. It is basic, but I will probably add more features after a while.
I figure I will want to work out the kinks of the application as it is now before I add any more features. I simply made it into a condition of being able to be launched. I see is as sort of a beta release.
The downside is that it takes up server resources. I hope that if it becomes popular it does not end up costing me more in server resources than it makes me in promotion.
Hopefully, it will work out because I’ve already invested the better part of two days into it. Additionally, if it works out, I can use this new knowledge (of how to build Facebook applications) to build more Facebook applications. At the very least, I will be able to tell you all about how successful it is.
If this application is not a success, I worry that I won’t be inclined to use the knowledge and experience I’ve gained from making it. If it is a success, then I will probably keep working to make it even better and to make more applications either for myself or other people.
