Most of all, I was inspired by the success stories written by students who learned how to make money with real estate and then did it. For example, the very first post I read had a testimonial from someone who says he earned $16,000 in income his first week out of the college.

Nouveaurized, the blog I mentioned earlier, contains stories and posts from alumni students of the university. Normally, I would be skeptical of people who claim to have made a lot of money very quickly. But there is a lot of money in real estate because of how massive the transactions are. If you want to make money, going to school for real estate investment seems like a smart choice.
The point is that you need to get an education in real estate investment to be able to take advantage of all the lucrative business available in the real estate market.
