Displaying Contact Information
I think it is a good idea to display as much contact information as you can on your website. Obviously, trying to avoid spam and keep some privacy will limit your ability to publish your contact information. Nonetheless, it reassures your website visitors if they have the contact information of your business or the website’s owner. This is especially important for websites the sell anything, because trust is going to be a major issue for people you want to give you money.
Also, having a contact form is a great way to allow your visitors to give you feedback and ask questions.
What do you think?

You are absolutely right on this point. On websites I work with those that have prominently displayed contact info, including a phone #, the sales are much higher than on those that do not have them. I know I am reluctant to give my hard earned money to a site which I may not be able to talk to regarding a purchase.

Yes I agree that there should be contact info that’s easy to find. I prefer to use contact forms because I don’t have to open my email client to send a message, but I also like to see an email address alternative in case something goes wrong with the form.
